Kita dikira kurang gagasan bila kita tidak berhasil atau salah dalam menangkap kesempatan. Dalam Briefing kesempatan ini kita- bakal keduanya sama belajar tentang 5 tingkat gagasan.

1. Makna Gagasan

Gagasan yaitu Dorongan utk Mengidentifikasi Permasalahan atau kesempatan serta dapat Ambillah Aksi Riil utk Merampungkan Permasalahan atau menangkap Peluang
Waktu kita memiliki dorongan sekecil apa pun itu untuk mengidentifikasi Permasalahan atau kesempatan jadi kita telah memiliki gagasan, meskipun dalam kandungan yang rendah.
Step selanjutanya kita bukan sekedar mengidentifikasi Permasalahan kita juga dapat mengambil aksi riil supaya permasalahan itu dapat usai. Kita juga dapat mengambil aksi riil dalam mengangkap kesempatan serta mewujudkanya jadi fakta. Waktu kita mulai mengambil aksi kandungan gagasan kita bakal jadi tambah ke level setelah itu.

2. 5 tingkat Gagasan

Ada 5 tingkat level dalam gagasan tiap-tiap manusia. Tiap-tiap manusia tentu memiliki gagasan, yang membedakan yaitu kandungannya, ada yang rendah ada yang tinggi.

Kandungan inisaitif berbanding lurus dengan kandungan kemungkinan. Karyawan yang memiliki gagasan rendah bakal memperoleh kemungkinan yang kecil atau hampir tak ada lantaran dia bekerja sesuai sama perintah. Karyawan yang memiliki gagasan tinggi bakal mempunyai kemungkinan yang tinggi juga. Namun tingginya kemungkinan bakal diikuti dengan bebrapa keberhasilan lantaran gagasan yang dia kerjakan.

Seperti Gambar di atas, level paling bawah yaitu kandungan gagasan paling rendah, nyaris beberapa besar karyawan ada di level gagasan ini. Makin keatas jumlah orang yang memiliki kandungan gagasan tinggi makin menyusut lantaran takut bakal kemungkinan yang bakal dihadapai. Seperti Pohon yang makin tinggi anginnya bakal makin kencang.

Level 1 : Menanti Diminta

pada level ini kalimat yang kerap terucap yaitu :

•Saya Tak Diminta!
•Itu Bukanlah Pekerjaan ku!

Level ini yaitu Kandungan Gagasan Paling rendah serta Paling Popular didunia kerja.
ada 2 pemicunya :

1. Sistem perusahaan (berlangsung pada perusahaan-perusahaan konvensional & birokrasi) yang mengharuskan semuanya karyawan lakukan semuanya yang sudah ditata oleh perusahaan. Tak ada peluang untuk lakukan gagasan lantaran bakal dikira mencari muka.

2. Individu dengan mental negatif. Mental ini yang susah dirubah, dia cuma lakukan apa yang diminta oleh atasan, dia tidak ingin disalahkan jika berlangsung kegagalan. “Itu bukanlah pekerjaan ku” elaknya sembari melimpahkan kekeliruan pada orang lain.

Kandungan gagasan di level ini tak mempunyai segi positif apa pun. Demikian sebaliknya memiliki banyak Segi Negatif :

1. Dikonsumsi hidup2 oleh pesaing yang lebih lincah.

2. Hilangnya pelanggan lantaran service yang didapatkan cuma prosedur tidak dari hati

Level 2 : Mencari Nada Terbanyak

Dalam level ini kita mempunyai kandungan gagasan 1 tingkat lebih tinggi. Kita telah ingin serta dapat melakukan inspirasi yang kita miliki untuk kebutuhan perusahaan. Namun dalam proses di lapangan anda menghimpun bebrapa rekanan anda serta mepengaruhi mereka supaya bergerak ke arah yang anda menuju. Satu hal yang positif yaitu anda telah dapat berkerja dalam satu team serta telah dapat melakukan gagasan yang anda usulkan. Segi negatif nya ialah sistem menghimpun serta memengaruhi anggota team membutuhkan saat yang lama, hingga tak dapat di ambil ketentuan dengan cara cepat. Kekurangan yang lain anda bakal berlindung dari kegagalan, anda bakal berargumentasi kalau apa yang anda kerjakan sudah di setujui oleh semuanya anggota Team.

Level 3. Minta Izin

Level gagasan yang ketiga yaitu level gagasan di level menengah, hal semacam ini umum dipunyai oleh manager madya atau koordinator yang perlu bertanggungjawab pada atasan yang lebih tinggi.
Sebelumnya melakukan tindakan kita mesti minta izin pada atasan atas kiat yang kita kerjakan, keunggulan nya cepat atau lambatnya ketentuan begitu bergantung oleh management puncak hingga masihlah membutuhkan saat.

Mesti yakin diri kalau apa yang anda kerjakan telah sesuai sama hati nurani. Anda meyakini kalau apa yang anda kerjakan memperikan peran positif pada perusahaan.

Kita melakukan tindakan lantaran bila tak kita putuskan jadi kesempatan bakal hilang, hal semacam ini umumnya di ambil oleh seseorang manager yang perlu memutuskan cepat waktu itu juga.
